Annual Computer Maintenance Plan

Our Annual Maintenance Plan is recommended for residential users who want the peace of mind that their computer hardware and software will be set up optimally. We will service one or all of your computers on a quarterly basis against malware and infections, maintain or increase the speediness of the device while also inspecting the hardware for any issues that may arise! Proper maintenance can prevent costly computer repairs.

Our experienced IT consultants can install updates, anti-virus and anti-spyware programs, and check for possible future problems. We will then recommend fixes to these problems. All of this is done remotely without having to have a technician come to your home each quarter.

Every quarter there will be a scheduled appointment to perform a maintenance session on your computers. For every computer, we will perform the following services:

  • Updating Antivirus and Antispyware software to keep you protected
  • Installation of Windows or IOS updates
  • Removing unnecessary files that take away disk space from your computer
  • Virus and malware check and removal
  • Performance check to verify that all programs are updated
  • Verify functionality of backup systems
  • Check hardware and system for errors. Repair errors.
  • Other maintenance as needed
